Travelling with pets can be even more difficult and expensive than travelling with children! If you don’t have a trusted family member or neighbour nearby or access to an affordable cattery or kennels going away is not easy. We recognise that as a nation of pet lovers it makes life a whole lot easier when you can bring your pet with you!

Pet contract
If you would like to book one of our pet friendly rooms, please contact the hotel direct. When you arrive, you will be asked to read and sign our pet contract - this is to ensure the comfort and safety of our other guests (who may not be pet lovers) is respected as well as ensure the safety and happiness of you and your pet during your stay.
Continental breakfast
A full continental breakfast is served from 6.00am - 9.00am on weekdays and from 7.00am - 10.00am at weekends. Enjoy cereals and fruits, cold meats and cheeses, juices, toasts, croissants, tea and coffee and juices from the self service buffet. Please note that your pet will not be allowed in the lounge area.
Kingfisher bar
Spend some time relaxing in our air conditioned licensed bar. We sell a wide range of spirits, wines and have a good choice of premium beers and lagers on tap. Look out for our special promotions.
Food

We offer a selection of freshly cooked light bites, including pizzas, which you can order from reception, or if you prefer have a takeaway and eat it in our lounge with a drink from the Kingfisher bar.

There are several parks and open spaces in Haverhill where you can take your dog for a walk, the lovely East Town Park and West Town Park. Alternatively you can take a stroll along the old railway line or follow one of the numerous public footpaths to local villages. Surrounded by countryside, Haverhill is a great location for you and your dog to enjoy the great outdoors and explore the surrounding area.
