"I haven't stayed at your hotel but I want to write to make you aware of the brilliant service my family and I received last Thursday evening (7th July). We were on our way to Southwold from the northwest and hadn't realised that the evening at Newmarket would mean a shortage of hotel rooms in Cambridgeshire. We'd already been turned away from 4 places before arriving at Days Inn at about 10.30, and we were all getting quite tired and more than a little bit worried that we'd never find anywhere to stay. Ben was absolutely brilliant. He charged my phone for me while he personally called a whole series of different hotels for us, finally securing 2 rooms for us in Bury St Edmunds. His customer service went much further than we would ever have expected and I hope you have some kind of employee reward scheme so he can be properly credited for being such a brilliant member of your team."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel 3-5 nights a month for almost 4 years and have always been impressed by the quality and friendliness of the team at the hotel. Tuesday 24th May was my birthday feeling old at 54!! But the staff not only wished me happy birthday on the day but to my surprise and delight placed balloons/wine/chocolate cake and a card signed by all the staff in my room! This is service of the highest quality and really epitomises the standard of the team the hotel manager Donna Revell has assembled. All of the staff need to be complimented on this beyond the call of duty action."

Rarely have I had to stay in one hotel for so many nights so regularly without something having cropped up which has required some degree of attention.
I am pleased to say that the experience of staying at the Days Inn Haverhill has consistently met my expectations and that is something that I could easily imagine takes some doing. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and there always seems to be a good level of attention to detail, which always makes the difference.
In a service-centric business I know how important it is to hear negative feedback to correct any shortfall of expectations, but also how rare it is to receive positive feedback these days.

First of all I would thank you all for the exceptional, beyond my expectations, customer service. You have made my stay as comfortable as possible with the staff and facilities ensuring 'a home from home' whilst at the same time staying professional at all times. I would recommend this hotel to all, be it a short overnight stay or for longer periods of time. My work has resulted in me using the hotel facilities during the night; at some hotels I would receive a reduced level of service. I can state that this is not the case here with a high level of service 24 hours a day.

"My son is in the GB Boccia Team and was coming to Haverhill for a weekend training camp. I was asked to source accommodation for the six wheelchair athletes, assistants and coaches. I contacted Donna Revell from The Days Inn Haverhill and went along to view the wheelchair accessible rooms at the hotel. I was amazed by the accommodation on offer, the rooms were spacious, well thought out and the bathrooms were the best I have seen - all were wet rooms with lots of room for wheelchairs, numerous hand rails and everything in easy reach for the wheelchair users. Each accessible room had connecting rooms which were great for the assistants and coaches. The service the team received from Donna and all the staff was outstanding, I would gladly recommend the accessible rooms at the Days Inn Haverhill for any wheelchair user."
